Job Summary

As a Pool and Beach Busser at The St. Regis Bal Harbour Resort, you will provide exceptional service to our guests by ensuring the cleanliness and presentation of our pool and beach areas. This role requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide professional and courteous service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Clean and maintain the pool and beach areas, including tables, chairs, and other equipment.
  • Restock supplies and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Work effectively with other team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Follow all company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • No prior experience necessary, but a strong work ethic and attention to detail are essential.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
