OBJECTIVE
Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries related to the Players Club, managing data entry, and issuing Players Club cards. Additionally, enhance the entertainment experience for our Express Bus patrons as required.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Utilize the Player Tracking System to exchange Club points for cash and merchandise.
- Provide exceptional service at the Players Club with a friendly and welcoming demeanor towards casino patrons.
- Encourage guests to enroll in the Players Club and inform them about the program's advantages.
- Communicate details of promotions, special events, and club offerings to guests.
- Print player tracking cards and explain all associated rules and regulations to guests.
- Input and update player information into the system for Players Club members.
- Assist with loading the bus at designated pickup points using the reservation manifest.
- Collect bus fares from passengers while adhering to all policies regarding fare handling.
- Relay any minimum play requirements to guests as instructed.
- Engage with passengers during transit to the casino.
- Ensure passenger safety during the loading and unloading process.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma / GED or recognized equivalent.
- Experience in customer service roles.
Skills and Competencies:
- Demonstrated professional and courteous demeanor.
- Strong customer relations abilities.
- Proficient keyboarding skills.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Education and Experience:
- Two-year college degree or equivalent experience.
- Completion of Snoqualmie Casino Career Development Track Series.
Skills and Competencies:
- Prior experience in a gaming environment.
Snoqualmie Casino prioritizes hiring Snoqualmie Tribal Members/Native Americans in accordance with the Snoqualmie Tribal Employment Rights Ordinance (TERO). Candidates must obtain and maintain a Gaming License from the Snoqualmie Gaming Commission. Pre-employment drug testing is mandatory for all positions. The use of marijuana will not disqualify applicants for roles outside of Transportation (Valet, Driver I). DOT panel testing is required for Driver positions.
