Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Warehouse Logistics Coordinator. This role will be responsible for supporting the instructional material inventory program, receiving and shipping materials, and assisting with delivery and pickup of instructional materials.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supports the instructional material inventory program, including entering requisitions, pick tickets, inventories, transfers, and filing.
  • Receives and ships materials from and to vendors and campuses.
  • Assists with delivery and pickup of instructional materials from locations in the district.
  • Performs other duties as assigned by the Coordinator of Instructional Materials and the Director of Information and Instructional Systems.
Requirements
  • HS diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid Texas drivers' license with a satisfactory driving record.
  • Proficiency in all general office skills and computer skills, including knowledge of office software.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work under pressure of deadlines.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Able to operate warehouse equipment, including fork lift, pallet jacks, and picker.
  • Able to drive a large box truck.
  • Must be physically able to lift and carry 50 pounds without assistance.
  • Must be willing to work overtime as needed.
