Job Description

ESM is seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Associate - TS/SCI to join our team in Arlington, VA. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating warehouse activities to ensure inventory accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage warehouse inventory and maintain accurate records
  • Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth warehouse operations
  • Develop and implement processes to improve inventory management and reduce errors
  • Provide exceptional customer service to location leadership and other stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Active Secret Clearance
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to pass a drug screening
  • Active Driver's License (willing to be a backup driver for equipment delivery as needed)
  • Excellent team skills, written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a dynamic cross-organizational team environment
  • Strong dedication to provide quality customer service
  • Strong problem-solving skills, including the ability to quickly identify issues and determine the best course of action
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and adhere to established deadlines
  • Take ownership of tasks and deliver without supervision while using discretion to seek help when necessary

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Positive, self-motivated, and proactive individual able to adapt to change and tolerate stressful situations
  • Ability to communicate effectively with team members, management, and government customers
  • Ability and desire to research and develop creative solutions to unique problems with minimal supervision

Education and Certifications:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent

Clearance:

  • TS/SCI

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to sit, stand, walk for extended periods of time
  • Ability to use a computer
