Assessment Clinician Job Summary

VitalCore Health Strategies is seeking a highly skilled Assessment Clinician to join our team at the Massachusetts Treatment Center in Bridgewater, MA. As an Assessment Clinician, you will play a critical role in providing essential services to an underserved population by conducting comprehensive psychological assessments and developing individualized treatment plans to reduce the risk of re-offense.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough interviews with treatment participants to gather information for assessments
  • Administer, score, and interpret various psychological assessment measures, such as the PAI, STABLE-2007, Static, and PCL-R
  • Prepare comprehensive assessment reports that provide recommendations for treatment
  • Participate in interdisciplinary treatment team meetings to discuss participant progress and develop treatment plans
  • Other clinical duties as assigned
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in a human service-related field, such as social work, psychology, or mental health counseling
  • License-eligible (e.g., LICSW, LMHC) but not required to have independent licensure at the time of hire
  • Experience with psychological assessment and report writing
  • Strong clinical writing skills and ability to maintain accurate and detailed records
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with challenging clinical cases
