Salary:

The estimated salary for this position is $62,500 - $66,000 per year, depending on experience.

Job Description:

Harm Reduction Model of Care: We utilize the Harm Reduction model of care, emphasizing tenants' choice in service delivery while supporting sobriety and engagement. Our Social Workers will develop services that cater to individual needs, focusing on bio-psycho-social assessments, treatment planning, and referrals to relevant services.

Daily Living Skills and Crisis Intervention: As a Housing Stability Specialist, you will provide case management services, including daily living skills support, crisis intervention, financial management guidance, public benefits advocacy, and household establishment assistance.

Therapy and Support: You will collaborate with tenants to create individualized service plans, conduct bio-psycho-social assessments, and provide individual and group therapy to address dependencies, life adjustments, or changes.

Schedule and Location: This full-time position requires working Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, in our Bronx, NY 10456 office.

Requirements

We are seeking candidates with an MSW, MHC, MPA, MPH, MA in Psychology, or MS in Human Services. A minimum of experience in therapeutic intervention and community resource utilization is required, as well as familiarity with working with homeless populations and individuals with substance use history.
