Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality patient care, including administering medications, performing clinical treatments, and providing education to patients and families.
- Collaborate with the medical staff and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions.
- Assess patient needs, develop individualized care plans, and evaluate patient progress.
- Supervise and delegate tasks to ancillary personnel, ensuring efficient and effective care delivery.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of excellence within the organization.
- Associate's Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.
- Current RN license to practice in NC (NC licensure or multi-state compact license).
- 1-3 years of experience in acute care, with recent experience within the past 3 years preferred.
