UCHealth is seeking a talented New Grad RN to join our team in the Neuro ICU. As a New Grad RN, you will have the opportunity to provide top-notch patient care while working in a technically complex environment.
Job Summary:We are looking for a highly motivated and compassionate New Grad RN to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care in the Neuro ICU, utilizing the nursing process to ensure the highest level of care. You will also have the opportunity to model proficiency through precepting new staff members and contributing to a safe and quality work environment.
Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care in the Neuro ICU, utilizing the nursing process to ensure the highest level of care.
- Model proficiency through precepting new staff members.
- Contribute to a safe and quality work environment.
- Work in a technically complex environment, providing care to patients in the ICU or PCU.
