New Grad RN Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team at UCHealth. As a New Grad RN, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, providing top-notch care to our patients.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) or Progressive Care Unit (PCU) utilizing the nursing process.
- Model proficiency through precepting new nurses and contributing to a safe and quality work environment.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of evidence-based care models.
- Graduate of an accredited or state board of nursing approved Registered/Professional Nursing program.
- 6 months of ICU or PCU nursing experience or completion of the UCHealth Fellowship program.
