Kadlec Clinic is a leading healthcare organization in the Tri-Cities area of Washington, seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with Hematology/Oncology experience to join their team. As a valued member of the clinic, you will work alongside physicians and other advanced practice providers in a state-of-the-art facility, providing high-quality care to patients with cancer and blood disorders.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide comprehensive care to patients with Hematology/Oncology conditions, including diagnosis, treatment, and management of symptoms.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Conduct thorough assessments, order diagnostic tests, and interpret results to inform treatment decisions.
- Prescribe medications and therapies as needed, and monitor patient response to treatment.
- Participate in tumor boards and other multidisciplinary care teams to ensure comprehensive care.
- A competitive salary range of $125,999 to $162,872 per year, with opportunities for productivity and quality incentives.
