Kadlec Clinic is seeking a highly skilled Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join their Hematology Oncology team. As a key member of the team, you will provide exceptional patient care and work collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient outcomes.
Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive patient care, including diagnosis, treatment, and management of patients with hematological and oncological conditions.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical history, physical examination, and laboratory results.
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests, including lab results and imaging studies.
- Develop and implement treatment plans, including medication management and procedural interventions.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families, including disease management and treatment options.
- Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in the state of Washington.
- Experience working in a Hematology Oncology setting, preferably in a clinic or hospital setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to patient-centered care.
- Knowledge of hematology and oncology principles, including disease management and treatment options.
