Job Summary

SP+ is seeking a skilled Cashier - Driving to join our team. As a Cashier - Driving, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling cash transactions, and ensuring the smooth flow of traffic through our gates.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide quality customer service to our clients, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Count and reconcile cash transactions at the beginning and end of each shift to ensure accuracy and security.
  • Operate a cash register, handling cash and credit transactions, and making change as needed.
  • Quote prices for parking services and provide directions to customers as needed.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues independently or with the assistance of a supervisor.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the booth and surrounding area.
  • Verify log of shift transactions against bank of revenue on hand and compile bank of collected revenue during the day.
  • Record amounts received, cars in/out of facility, and cars left in facility (if applicable) while preparing shift report of transactions.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; up to one month of related experience or training may be considered.
  • Valid state-issued driver's license with current address and acceptable driving record required.
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
  • Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
  • Ability to write simple correspondence and effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations.
