We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Client Care and Services to join our team at Home Instead. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client care and services, ensuring the highest level of satisfaction for our clients and their families.
Key Responsibilities- Client Care and Services: Meet with prospective clients and their families to discuss our services and provide quality assurance visits every 90 days.
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain positive relationships with all clients through regular communication, visits, and special events.
- Caregiver Management: Work with our staffing team to match clients with the right caregivers, ensuring client satisfaction and caregiver success.
- Conversion and Closing Rates: Meet and exceed targeted conversion and closing rates for new clients.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct quality assurance visits with clients in person every 90 days and follow up as necessary.
- Record Keeping: Enter and maintain accurate client and caregiver records in our system.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to listen effectively and communicate complex information to clients and caregivers.
- Leadership and Management: Provide leadership and guidance to caregivers, ensuring they have the necessary tools and support to deliver exceptional client care.
- Problem-Solving and Conflict Resolution: Demonstrate sound judgment and good decision-making skills, with the ability to resolve conflicts and address client concerns in a professional and empathetic manner.
- Organizational and Time Management: Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively, ensuring all responsibilities are met and deadlines are exceeded.
- Computer Skills: Be proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel, and have experience with client management software.
The office hours are 8:30 am – 5:00 pm, but you may be required to work evenings or weekends and cover on-call phone duties as needed.
