- Ensure accurate documentation of client interactions and provide advocacy support.
- Manage data entry into client management systems and maintain connections with program alumni.
- Offer counseling services and assist job skills training facilitators.
- Guide participants in understanding public assistance programs and housing options.
- Contribute articles for community newsletters to keep participants updated.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working with Opportunity Youth.
- Bachelor's Degree in Social Work or a related discipline.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal abilities.
- Proven experience in case management and knowledge of community resources.
- Capability to work autonomously while effectively engaging with the community.
