KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Retail Operations Supervisors have a significant impact daily. Under the guidance of the Store Manager or District Manager, you will ensure that merchandising standards are upheld and that sales momentum is consistently enhanced. We expect you to also:

  • Welcome customers warmly and attentively address their needs.
  • Maintain adequate inventory levels on the sales floor and communicate restocking needs to management.
  • Promote merchandise by adhering to advertising, promotional, and display strategies.
  • Develop efficient daily operational procedures with diligence.
  • Implement and communicate Lori's Gifts protocols effectively.
  • Process cash and credit transactions using a point-of-sale (POS) system.
  • Schedule and train team members on guest service standards.
  • Independently manage store opening and closing procedures.
  • Perform additional tasks as required.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High School diploma or GED;
  • A minimum of one year of experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service, or related fields will also be considered.
  • Experience in customer service delivery and some management exposure.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as necessary.
