Job Description:- Serve as customers' trusted Energy Advisor, ensuring they understand and respond to product and services related to energy operations.
- Manage relationships and act as primary touchpoint for customers.
- Resolve support questions or issues in a timely fashion.
- Identify growth opportunities through cross-selling products and expanding coverage.
- Retrain existing customers and manage their renewal process.
- 4+ years of experience in customer success, preferably in B2B SaaS.
- Possess a passion for driving human-centric customer experiences and driving value.
- Experience in driving process improvements for a small team.

Estimated salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
