Job Description:
  • Serve as customers' trusted Energy Advisor, ensuring they understand and respond to product and services related to energy operations.
  • Manage relationships and act as primary touchpoint for customers.
  • Resolve support questions or issues in a timely fashion.
  • Identify growth opportunities through cross-selling products and expanding coverage.
  • Retrain existing customers and manage their renewal process.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience in customer success, preferably in B2B SaaS.
  • Possess a passion for driving human-centric customer experiences and driving value.
  • Experience in driving process improvements for a small team.
