Autism Support Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician to join our team at the Atlanta Autism Center Inc.
This is a full-time opportunity at our Loganville location, offering a competitive salary and benefits package, including paid training and opportunities for career advancement.
Duties & Responsibilities- Provide ABA therapy in 1:1 or small group settings
- Implement behavior reduction plans, behavior protocols, and/or behavior support plans accurately
- Maintain precise client records, including data sheets, graphs, daily notes, and anecdotal information
- Ensure a safe, clean, and engaging environment for clients

Requirements & QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you must have a current/valid RBT certificate, a high school diploma/GED, and relevant experience working with children with autism spectrum disorders. You should also be physically fit, able to lift and carry patients, and possess good verbal and written communication skills.
A bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, special education, or a related field is preferred. Experience working with multi-disciplinary team members and computer skills are also essential.
