**Compensation and Benefits**

We offer a competitive salary range of $100,000 to $124,000, based on billed hours and guaranteed clients. Our benefits package includes comprehensive health, vision, and dental coverage, unlimited PTO after six months, paid holidays and mental health days, and a holiday billable-hour credit.

**Job Responsibilities**

As an Autism Therapist - Behavior Analyst at Atlanta Autism Center, you will be responsible for assessing children using various assessment tools, developing individualized plans of care, and implementing behavior reduction and skill acquisition goals. You will also provide consultation and training to parents, teachers, and other professionals.

**Requirements**

We require a master's degree in a relevant field, current BCBA certification, and experience working with children with autism spectrum disorders. You must also be able to maintain CEU requirements and BCBA credential with the Behavior Analytic Certification Board.

**Work Environment**
