Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of production team members to ensure timely and cost-effective production of products.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Monitor and control production costs, including labor, materials, and equipment expenses.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production-related issues and implement solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and environmental policies.
Requirements
  • 2-3 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Ability to supervise, train, and motivate employees in a multi-cultural environment.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents, including safety rules, blueprints, and procedure manuals.
  • Computer literacy and familiarity with software programs.
  • Bilingual and fluent in Spanish is required.
Preferred Qualifications
  • ADP experience.
  • Completed courses in post-secondary education.
