As a Program Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of individuals in our care, providing supervision to direct care staff, and monitoring the daily operation of assigned programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of individuals in our care.
  • Provide supervision to direct care staff and monitor the daily operation of assigned programs, ensuring compliance with all regulatory guidelines and professional standards.
  • Provide crisis prevention and intervention services to the program.
  • Ensure the practice of following all guidelines set forth by Devereux and its licensing authorities.
  • Participate in the orientation of new employees to the unit, delegate assignments, and empower others to take ownership of their work.
About Devereux Pennsylvania Children's Services

Devereux Pennsylvania Children's Services (DPACS) center serves children, adolescents, and young adults with autism spectrum disorders, intellectual and developmental disabilities, behavioral, emotional, and psychiatric challenges, and disorders. Our services include psychiatric residential treatment, acute inpatient psychiatric hospital, assessment services, community-based mental health services, community-based employment training, and social skills training.

Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college with at least twelve credit hours in a human services discipline, including psychology, sociology, social work, education, pastoral counseling, political science, health, recreation, criminal justice, counseling, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of one year of supervisory experience required.
