We are seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at FutureRecruit. As an Electrical Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of electrical maintenance technicians and ensuring the smooth operation of our electrical systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot Electrical Systems: Use ladder logic, electrical prints, and/or schematics to identify and resolve electrical system issues.
  • Electrical Knowledge: Possess in-depth knowledge of 3-phase electricity and be able to apply this knowledge to troubleshoot and repair electrical systems.
  • PLC Programming: Program PLCs proficiently to ensure seamless operation of electrical systems.
  • Maintenance and Repair: Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair various electrical components, including transformers, circuit breakers, and variable frequency drives.
  • Equipment Diagnostics: Diagnose problems and/or failures and repair a variety of equipment, including presses and machines.
  • Preventive Maintenance: Perform routine and preventive maintenance to ensure the ongoing functioning of required tools and equipment.
  • Team Leadership: Oversee apprentices and ensure they are properly trained and equipped to perform their duties.

Requirements:

  • Self-Motivation: Be self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Electrical Background: Possess a strong background in Electrical Controls, Electrical Blueprints, Electric Motors & Controls Troubleshooting, and Mechanical Repair.
  • Safety Awareness: Ability to observe and enforce all safety rules and regulations.
  • Master Electrician Licensure: Must have MASTER Electrician Licensure to qualify for this position.
