Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare patients for visits with providers by completing advanced standard room processes, including taking vital signs and reviewing patient history and allergies.
  • Assist with in-office testing, including drawing blood and completing mental status exams.
  • Administer vaccines and other injections within scope of practice.
  • Schedule follow-up appointments as needed.
  • Collaborate with providers and clinical care teams to monitor and coordinate delivery of care plans.
Requirements
  • Diploma in Practical Nursing
  • Active LPN licensure
  • Preferred experience: 6 months clinical healthcare experience, preferably in a primary care office
