Key Responsibilities Include:

Inventory Oversight

Receive and inspect incoming inventory shipments, ensuring accurate counts.

Verify packing slips against purchase orders (PO) for precision.

Process purchase orders and appropriately manage stock levels.

Conduct routine cycle counts and update inventory labels as needed.

Maintain optimal inventory levels, including establishing minimum stock thresholds.

Handle inventory adjustments, additions, and deletions.

Submit requests for inventory-related work orders.

Manage returns and ensure organized inventory storage.

Shipping Coordination

Organize shipments through various carriers, including UPS, FedEx, and USPS.

Create shipping labels and arrange for pickups.

Ensure that all shipments are packaged accurately.

Maintain a clean and organized shipping and receiving area.

Address shipping inquiries from different departments.

Logistics Management

Collaborate with third-party logistics providers to streamline operations.

Facilitate clear communication regarding shipping timelines and delivery specifics.

Provide quotes for logistics and shipping services.

Schedule shipments and coordinate with clients to guarantee timely deliveries.

Prepare and oversee packing slips for outgoing shipments.

Fleet Coordination

Oversee and manage the fleet logistics board.

Track vehicle movements and operational statuses effectively.

Manage fleet additions and removals.

Conduct weekly checks on the fleet and maintain accurate vehicle records.

Utilize tracking software to monitor daily vehicle statuses and resolve discrepancies.

Coordinate key management and lead monthly fleet audit meetings.

Create new vehicle work orders and manage accounts.

Administrative Duties

Document and welcome visitors to the office.

Assist with various tasks related to daily office functions.

Support company meetings and events as needed.

Qualifications for Success:

High School Diploma or GED required.

2-3 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management.

Proficiency in logistics management software; experience with Upkeep is a plus.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Exceptional attention to detail and organizational capabilities.

Excellent task and time management skills.
