JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Assembles or integrates components to produce subassemblies following verbal or written instructions.

Tasks include wire wrapping, soldering, inserting components onto circuit boards, and securing parts through crimping, soldering, epoxying, bolting, or hand staking, as well as tinning, riveting, bonding, and welding.

Additional responsibilities encompass cleaning and shaping parts, labeling, stenciling, marking, key pinning, masking/unmasking, wrapping and unwrapping components, wire preparation including forming and lacing, wire stripping and/or dressing, and conducting wire continuity tests.

Provides support for microcircuits during assembly.

Operates machinery such as robots, automatic crimpers, riveting machines, punches, drills, and cleaning equipment like EMC or Detrex, ovens, furnaces, and computer-driven label and marker printers.

This role necessitates a government security clearance; candidates must be U.S. Citizens for eligibility.

Essential Qualifications

Ability to assemble or integrate components to create subassemblies based on verbal or written instructions.

Experience in operations such as wire wrapping, soldering, inserting components onto circuit boards, and securing small parts through crimping, soldering, epoxying, bolting, or hand staking, as well as tinning, riveting, bonding, and welding.

Familiarity with operating machinery including automatic crimpers, riveting machines, punches, drills, and cleaning equipment like EMC or Detrex, ovens, furnaces, and computer-driven label and marker printers.

Must be able to obtain J Standard Solder Certification within the first month of employment.

This role requires a government security clearance; candidates must be U.S. Citizens for eligibility.

Preferred Skills
