Job Summary

We're seeking a reliable and personable Customer Service Representative to join our team. As the first point of contact for our valued customers and clients, this team member plays a crucial role in providing high-quality customer experience.

Responsibilities
  • First on phones - answering incoming calls with a friendly demeanor
  • Calling customers to confirm sales reps & technicians' arrival times
  • Maintaining customer information in our CRM - we use Service Titan
  • Calling customers to schedule sales appointments
  • Other admin duties as assigned
Requirements
  • Minimum of two years of customer service experience
  • Advanced customer service skills
  • Polished phone etiquette with a friendly demeanor
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
  • Proficient computer skills

Work Hours: 8:00am - 5:00pm, Monday through Friday
