Job Description

The Emergency Department at Salem Hospital is a state-of-the-art facility with 65 private patient bays, a dedicated waiting room for pediatric patients, and space for behavioral health patients. As an ED RN, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the nursing process and delivering high-quality patient-centered care. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to provide efficient and effective care, reducing unnecessary wait times and improving patient outcomes.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A valid current license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
  • At least 1 year of experience in emergency nursing or a related field
  • BLS certification
  • Preferred: ACLS certification, Bachelor's degree in Nursing, and experience with electronic medical records
