Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Emergency Department team at Mass General Brigham. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.

About the Role

This Registered Nurse (RN) position involves managing all aspects of patient care, from triage to discharge. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will work closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality, patient-centered care.

Responsibilities
  • Triage and Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments of patients presenting to the Emergency Department, identifying their needs and priorities.
  • Care Planning and Implementation: Develop and implement individualized care plans, coordinating with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Medication Administration and Management: Safely administer medications, monitor patients' responses, and manage any adverse reactions or side effects.
  • Communication and Documentation: Maintain accurate and timely records, communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members, and address concerns promptly.
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
  • BLS certification.
  • ED experience preferred, but not required.
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Nursing is preferred, but not mandatory.
  • ACLS certification is preferred but not essential.
Benefits and Compensation

We offer a competitive salary range of $73,000 - $90,000 per year, commensurate with your level of experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
