Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to oversee store operations and make informed decisions regarding employee hiring, training, coaching, and termination.
  • Support automotive technicians in creating a productive sales environment by training and developing teammates on shop operations and guest services.
  • Assist with scheduling employees, completing timecards, and assigning work to Lube and Tire technicians.
  • Perform duties of an automotive technician when needed.
  • Attend meetings and clinics to stay up-to-date on the latest tools, parts, and repair techniques.
