GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
Provide support through various communication channels to facilitate placement requests for patients opting for visiting or permanent dialysis services. Contribute to the Guest Services knowledge databases and adhere to established processes while suggesting improvements. This role involves arranging dialysis placements and delivering exceptional service to foster strong relationships with healthcare facilities. The position requires knowledge of various treatment options and the ability to respond to emergency situations effectively.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Respond to inbound calls, emails, and faxes with professionalism and courtesy.
Request placements and respond to inquiries regarding treatment options through outbound communications.
Coordinate with hospitals to complete placement requests.
Collaborate with Field Operations to enhance relationships with healthcare providers.
Adhere to performance metrics and quality assurance standards.
Utilize available tools and resources to coordinate patient placements.
Maintain accurate data entry from field submissions into the appropriate databases.
Assist in developing and improving processes under supervision.
Build positive relationships with healthcare facilities and provide exceptional customer service.
Meet departmental metrics and goals.
Work flexible hours to accommodate patients and team members across different time zones.
Comply with regulations regarding patient confidentiality.
