Job Overview

Mentor Technical Group is a leading provider of technical support and solutions for the FDA-regulated industry.

We are seeking a highly skilled Reliability Engineer to join our team. This role will be responsible for driving life cycle asset management across strategic accounts, leading maintenance excellence programs, and ensuring quality work execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lifecycle Asset Management (LCAM) & Reliability Programs: Partner with stakeholders to drive life cycle asset management across strategic accounts.
  • Lead Maintenance Excellence & Life Cycle Asset Management (LCAM) Program at sites according to corporate standards.
  • Ensure quality work execution and maintain technical excellence.
  • Engage and collaborate with client leadership.

The successful candidate will have a strong analytical and problem-solving skills, proficiency in CMMS and asset management software, preferably SAP, and excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Salary Estimate:

$120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience.
