Work Schedule:
Flexible hours with options for full-time or part-time schedules, typically Monday to Friday, 7 AM to 6 PM.

Compensation:
Starting salary of $90,000, with potential increases based on experience, plus a sign-on bonus. Relocation assistance is also available if necessary.

Role Responsibilities:
The Pediatric Communication Specialist will:
  • Conduct thorough assessments and provide individualized therapy sessions for children with speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders.
  • Work with patients ranging from birth to 18 years old, tailoring interventions to meet their unique needs.

Qualifications:
  • Must possess SLP-CFY or SLP-CCC licensure.
  • Current state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist is required or eligibility for licensure.
  • A strong passion for working with pediatric populations is essential.
