Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and unique Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC-MHSP) to join our team at Ellie Mental Health - 027 in Clarksville, TN. The ideal candidate will be a fully licensed mental health professional with a valid state of Tennessee license, experience working with children, adolescents, teens, and adults, and a general knowledge of therapy services, community resources, insurance billing, and mental health documentation.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate mental health diagnoses, create and implement treatment plans, and complete ongoing documentation, including further diagnoses, treatment plan reviews, and case notes, according to company policy.
  • Maintain a minimum caseload of 27 client visits per week (part-time positions are also available).
  • Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in our community.
  • Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals.
  • Prepare and submit individual documentation for each session.
  • Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff as needed.
  • Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and training.

Requirements
  • Prefer candidates be fully licensed mental health professionals with a valid state of Tennessee license
  • Prefer experience with children, adolescents, teens, and adults
  • Prefer experience with couples, families, trauma, substance abuse, and schools
  • Prefer a general knowledge of therapy services, community resources, insurance billing, and previous experience with mental health documentation
  • Fully licensed clinicians will ideally be credentialed with insurance panels
