About the Role

The Veterinary Health Center at Kansas State University is seeking a skilled Veterinary Nurse to join our Triage Call Center team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for triaging phone calls, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting the hospital's operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Triage phone calls and provide timely responses to patient inquiries

Requirements
  • Completion of a two-year college program in veterinary or animal technology
  • Knowledge of basic veterinary medical concepts, animal behavior, and animal husbandry
  • Ability to work in a high-intensity environment and prioritize tasks effectively
