Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Lead to join our fashion-obsessed team at Chico's FAS, Inc. As a Sales Lead, you will play a key role in promoting a customer and product-focused sales culture, where our values and guiding principles are at the forefront of all store operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and communicate clear expectations, holding store team and yourself accountable for achieving all brand, performance, and behavior standards.
  • Supervise associates engaged in sales, inventory receipt, reconciling cash receipts, or in performing services for customers.
  • Develop a high-performance culture, motivating sales team to meet assigned sales and productivity goals.
  • Train and coach to ensure selling team is fluent in all aspects of product knowledge.
  • Build and maintain a solid customer following through clienteling and wardrobing.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1+ year retail or sales management experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication, verbal and written skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Able to learn or adapt to technology provided by the company.
Physical Requirements
  • Constant Walking/Standing % of 8-hour shift.
  • Occasional Lifting up to 50 lbs.- 1-33% of 8-hour shift.
  • Frequent Climbing- 34%-66% of 8-hour shift.
