Position Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Housekeeping Associates to join our SoulCycle family. This role is ideal for individuals looking to make a meaningful contribution in a vibrant and upscale environment.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Night shift hours from 3:30 PM to 11:00 PM
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the facility and equipment while providing outstanding service to all members and guests
  • Ensure the entrance and lobby areas are welcoming and presentable
  • Clean and restock locker room amenities
  • Organize and maintain storage, laundry, and equipment rooms
  • Ensure a sufficient supply of towels is available on the fitness floor
  • Conduct routine maintenance on all equipment
  • Manage the receipt and storage of deliveries
  • Assist with special events as needed
  • Communicate with the Housekeeping Manager regarding any immediate maintenance needs

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and experience:

  • A clear understanding of cleanliness and sanitation standards
  • Previous experience in cleaning and laundry services is preferred
  • Ability to service fitness equipment and familiarity with cleaning products and tools
  • Strong customer service, organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
