Job Title: Distribution Center Operations Supervisor

At TBC Corporation, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Distribution Center Operations Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our distribution center, ensuring that our products are delivered to our customers on time and in excellent condition.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of warehouse staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Develop and implement processes to improve inventory management, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve overall operations.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Provide training and guidance to warehouse staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs effectively.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment, with a focus on operations and logistics.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications, with the ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly.
