Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Equipment Operator to join our team at The ODP Corporation. As an Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our distribution facility, including the loading, unloading, and movement of products and materials using powered lifting equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate a variety of equipment, including forklifts, stock pickers, and reach trucks, to move products and materials throughout the facility.
  • Contribute to a safe work environment by maintaining a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols, and reporting any hazards or incidents.
  • Collaborate with supervisors, leads, and coworkers to achieve distribution goals and objectives.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our distribution processes.
  • Work in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment with a focus on quality and productivity.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent education preferred.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in a related field, such as warehouse or distribution.
  • OSHA certification and basic math skills required.
  • Ability to lift up to 70 pounds regularly and push/pull equipment as needed.
  • Successful completion of our internal Forklift Operator licensing program.
  • Basic computer skills and ability to work in a team environment.
