Job Description

As a Technical Support Engineer with SICK, Inc., you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional service and support to our customers. This is a travel-based position, requiring domestic and international travel up to 90% of the time.

About the Position:

The ideal candidate should have strong technical skills and excellent communication abilities. You will be responsible for installing, configuring, and commissioning SICK equipment, as well as troubleshooting and repairing issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support.
  • Install, configure, and commission SICK equipment.
  • Troubleshoot and repair SICK equipment.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports.

Qualifications:

  • Two-year college degree, technical school or equivalent work experience required. Four-year college degree is preferred.
  • 0 – 3 years of prior field service experience.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
