Job SummaryAs a Fire Restoration Contents Leader at SERVPRO of Jonesboro, you will play a critical role in helping individuals and businesses recover from fire and water damage. Your primary responsibility will be to perform production processes, including cleaning and pack-outs, to ensure that customers' contents are restored to their pre-loss condition. You will also be responsible for inventorying and loading equipment, products, and supplies needed for each project, maintaining a clean and organized vehicle, and adhering to safety and risk management guidelines at all times.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform production processes, including cleaning and pack-outs, to restore customers' contents to their pre-loss condition.
  • Inventory and load equipment, products, and supplies needed for each project.
  • Maintain a clean and organized vehicle and clean equipment appearance.
  • Adhere to safety and risk management guidelines at all times.
  • Communicate with restoration supervisors and other technicians to maintain efficient production processes.
  • Perform end-of-day/end-of-job cleanup and breakdown, leaving the job site with a clean and orderly appearance.

Requirements
  • Effective oral communication and basic math skills.
  • Experience in cleaning/restoration preferred but not required.
  • High school diploma/GED.
  • IICRC certifications preferred.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance.
  • Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, and work in tight spaces.
  • Ability to sit/stand/walk for prolonged periods of time.
  • Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects.
  • Ability to work with/around cleaning products/chemicals.
  • Ability to travel locally.
  • Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law.
