AZZ Inc. is seeking a highly skilled EHS Specialist to join our team at our Goodyear Arizona plant. As a key member of our safety team, you will be responsible for implementing and enforcing plant safety protocols while providing exceptional support to internal and external customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement safety training programs to ensure compliance with regulatory agencies and company policies.
  • Conduct regular workplace inspections to identify and mitigate environmental hazards.
  • Collaborate with plant employees to promote a culture of safety and provide guidance on best practices.
  • Investigate incidents and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Test workplaces for environmental hazards, such as exposure to radiation, chemical or biological hazards, or excessive noise.
Requirements:
  • Field experience in a similar role preferred, but not required.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite required.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills for both internal and external engagement.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish highly preferred.
  • Must be able to work on-site with flexible hours.
