About the Role:

As a Phlebotomy Specialist, you will play a vital role in our healthcare team by providing exceptional patient care. You will draw blood samples accurately and efficiently, ensuring a positive patient experience. Your ability to work independently, maintain confidentiality, and adhere to strict procedures will be essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Draw blood samples from patients of all ages, following established protocols.
  • Prepare specimens for lab testing and maintain accurate records.
  • Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere for patients.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety guidelines.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Medical training (medical assistant or paramedic) preferred
  • Phlebotomy certification preferred (required in California, Nevada, and Washington)
  • Experience: 3+ years of phlebotomy experience (pediatric, geriatric, capillary)
  • Minimum 2 years in a Patient Service Center environment preferred
