Role Overview

We're seeking a Per Diem Pharmacist to perform professional duties and responsibilities associated with the processing of prescriptions. As a Per Diem Pharmacist, you'll work on an intermittent basis, providing exceptional patient care and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Distribute medications prescribed by physicians and other health practitioners
  • Provide information to customers about medications and their use
  • Focus on delivering a superior level of customer service
  • Log data into the computer
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws of the applicable State Board of Pharmacy
  • Administration of immunizations as allowed by state boards of pharmacy
  • Perform other usual and customary pharmacy duties
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or PharmD
  • Current pharmacist's license in the state of Indiana
  • Certified immunizer or willing to become an immunizer within 3 months of hire
