  • Oversee production personnel, leads, and employees to ensure adherence to food safety requirements and company policies.
  • Manage administrative tasks, including performance reviews, downtime tracking, and disciplinary actions.
  • Monitor and improve production efficiency, minimize downtime, and reduce waste.
  • Review production reports and resolve operational, manufacturing, and maintenance issues in a timely manner.
  • Develop and implement changes to improve employee performance and product quality.
  • Resolve employee issues and involve management as necessary.
  • Encourage a team environment and promote employee respect and engagement.
  • Prepare and present production data to the Production Manager.
  • Ensure accurate and timely operator reporting.
  • Take responsibility for all activities in the absence of Senior Management.
