Position Overview:

The role of the Client Service Associate is to warmly welcome clients, establish rapport, and deliver exceptional service while executing account transactions. Key Responsibilities:
  • Accurately process all financial transactions with attention to detail.
  • Manage cash drawer responsibilities and adhere to balancing protocols.
  • Serve as a resource for identifying and resolving client service issues.
  • Foster strong client relationships through effective communication.
  • Deliver outstanding service to all clients of First National Bank.
  • Gather comprehensive information from clients for problem resolution and ensure timely follow-up.
  • Greet and acknowledge every client upon entering the branch, using their name when known.
  • Assist clients in reaching their financial objectives through quality conversations, referring to Wealth Management and business partners as necessary.
  • Address client concerns, engaging branch management when necessary to provide comprehensive solutions.
  • Facilitate business relationships between clients and the Branch Manager.
  • Coordinate schedules for meetings between the manager, business partners, and clients as needed.
  • Engage with the Branch Manager on complex client account matters.
  • Answer incoming calls professionally and courteously.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Risk Management:
  • Ensure compliance with security protocols and audit procedures.
  • Adhere to all relevant policies and procedures.

Additional Duties:
  • Participate in daily team meetings.
  • Understand and contribute to the branch's goals and objectives.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product offerings, fees, and policies.
  • Provide assistance and answers to client inquiries using available resources.

Qualifications:
  • Demonstrate strong attention to detail, effective communication, and problem-solving skills while providing excellent customer service.
  • Possess 1-2 years of experience in financial services or related customer service roles.
  • Availability to work 2-3 Saturdays each month.
  • Ability to pass a background check and maintain a good credit record.

Physical Requirements:
This position requires a high level of mobility, including prolonged standing (5-8 hours per day), frequent use of hands and upper body for handling objects and equipment, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients both in person and over the phone. Occasional bending and lifting may be required, along with frequent reaching and lifting of various weights, including up to 50 lbs.

Compensation:
Starting wages are $15.00 per hour, with an additional $2.00 per hour shift premium for Saturday shifts.
