Key Responsibilities- Provide strategic leadership and direction to the cardiovascular department, aligning with corporate and hospital goals.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient department operations and optimal resource management.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to promote patient-centered care and improve outcomes.
- Recruit, develop, and retain a high-performing team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards, maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
- Associate's Degree; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State or compact/multi-state RN license.
- Director or Manager Cath Lab experience or 5+ years progressive cardiovascular services leadership.
- Current BLS, ACLS certification required; RCVT preferred.
- COVID-19 vaccination required.
