About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Site Manager to join our team at Agilitas Energy. As a key member of our project team, you will be responsible for directing the construction of solar and battery storage projects from conception to completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all aspects of the build, including schedule and budget, contractors, material/equipment deliveries, job-site safety, quality control/assurance, design & permit adherence, and construction reporting to the project team.
  • Develop project cost estimates and define scope of work and requirements for each project.
  • Identify, track and ensure milestones are completed according to schedule.
  • Lead on-site meetings with clients, subcontractors, utility and other stakeholders.
  • Initiate and maintain relationships with clients, building owners, contractors, and local community.
  • Complete required project reporting, logs and maintain documentation.
  • Execute site QA/QC activities and implement and maintain all site safety standards and procedures.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated construction management experience, including scope management, project scheduling and budgeting.
  • Experience in construction means & methods, codes and standards, particularly electrical work and safety management.
  • Understanding of all facets of a construction project's lifecycle.
  • Strong project management and problem solving skills.
  • Strong technical aptitude with ability to deliver creative solutions.
  • Self-driven, highly motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage numerous projects simultaneously.
  • Strong work ethic, detail oriented and a focus on task or initiative follow through.
  • Ability to read and understand electrical, mechanical, civil and/or architectural drawings.
  • Knowledge of commissioning requirements/procedures and ability to use technical equipment.
  • Experience with project closeout and ability to recognize and prevent deficiencies during construction.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (specifically Microsoft Project and Excel).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • OSHA 10-hour Construction Card (30-hour preferred).
