Job Overview

Burgeson's Heating and Air Conditioning, Inc. is seeking a skilled HVAC Supervisor Leader to oversee infield HVAC technicians.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Scheduling and Supervision: Provide direction and supervision to a team of HVAC technicians, ensuring all maintenance and repair activities are performed effectively and safely.
  • Technical Support: Assist technicians in troubleshooting complex HVAC issues, providing guidance and expertise to ensure timely and effective resolutions.
  • Customer Complaint Handling: Act as the primary point of contact for escalated customer complaints, investigating issues and providing timely resolutions while maintaining professional communication.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct inspections and quality checks on completed work to ensure compliance with company standards and safety regulations.
  • Training and Development: Mentor and train infield HVAC technicians, facilitating skill development and maintaining a high level of technical competence within the team.
  • Safety Compliance: Serve as an active member of the Safety Committee, participating in meetings and contributing to safety policy updates, hazard assessments, and accident investigations.
Requirements:
  • Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in HVAC technology or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC service and repair, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Certifications: Valid HVAC certification (e.g., NATE, EPA) OSHA 30-hour safety certification is a plus.
  • Salary and Benefits: Competitive salary ($65,000 - $80,000 annually), performance-based bonuses, health insurance, paid time off, holidays, and 401(k) with company match.
