Job Description

This is a full-time travel contract position at a top-ranked healthcare facility in Walla Walla. As a Hospice Care Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients and their families, ensuring their physical, emotional, and spiritual needs are met.

Responsibilities
  1. Assess patients' needs and develop individualized care plans, working collaboratively with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care.
  2. Provide direct patient care, administering medications, performing procedures, and coordinating services as needed.
  3. Document patient progress, maintain accurate records, and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
Requirements
  • RN license and 2+ years of experience in hospice care required.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong clinical skills, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.
