Overview:
The primary role of a Finance Business Partner involves performing quantitative assessments of data that influence the investment strategies of both public and private entities.

A Finance Business Partner is tasked with evaluating and conveying financial insights to clients. Typically, an entry-level position requires a bachelor's degree alongside experience in budget analysis and financial planning. As one advances in their career, the expectations for leadership grow, culminating in supervisory responsibilities at higher levels. The technical expertise required also escalates, ranging from fundamental skills at entry-level to advanced capabilities at senior levels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Offer strategic recommendations to clients based on market forecasts and prevailing economic conditions.
  • Deliver comprehensive financial reports to clients, detailing factors impacting investment strategies, including pricing, yield, stability, and anticipated investment risks.
  • Prepare and present both oral and written analyses on macroeconomic trends, specific corporations, and broader industry sectors.
  • Advise on investment opportunities and optimal timing for investments to corporations, investment firms, or the general public.
  • Formulate actionable investment strategies grounded in thorough financial analysis.
  • Establish appropriate pricing for securities intended for public syndication.
Qualifications:
  • A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is essential. An advanced degree in finance is highly regarded.
  • 3-7 years of experience in finance or accounting is required.
Essential Skills:
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and critical thinking abilities (Required).
  • Proficient in working independently and managing time effectively (Required).
  • Advanced capability to analyze market trends and forecast future financial performance (Typically required).
  • In-depth knowledge of economic principles, financial markets, and financial reporting standards (Typically required).
  • Comprehensive understanding of relevant federal, state, and corporate regulations pertaining to finance (Required).
  • Experience with financial software and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (Required).

The compensation range provided is the base hourly rate that Aditi Consulting anticipates for this role, which may vary based on various factors such as qualifications, skills, experience, and client requirements.
