Radiology Technologist CT

We are seeking a highly skilled Radiology Technologist CT to join our team at Samaritan Healthcare. As a key member of our Diagnostic Imaging department, you will be responsible for performing radiological exams in a safe and prudent manner, producing high-quality diagnostic images, and providing exceptional patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Perform a full range of diagnostic radiography, including CT examinations, and associated work as a registered technologist in CT.
- Operate and maintain complex imaging equipment, including CT scanners, to ensure optimal image quality and patient safety.
- Position patients accurately and safely, using proper immobilization techniques to ensure high-quality images.
- Administer contrast media and perform IV starts as needed, adhering to strict safety protocols.
- Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient care.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient exams, images, and procedures, adhering to HIPAA regulations.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with the latest imaging technologies and techniques.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment, promoting a culture of excellence and patient-centered care.
- Washington State Radiologic Technologist Certification.
- Registered – American Registry of Radiologic Technologists, RT(R) (CT) required.
- Minimum of two (2) years experience in hospital setting preferred.
- Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider (HCP) level to be completed within three (3) months of hire.
